Samoon Head Office, Shyampur, Rishikesh, many students, youth, and aspiring professionals required access to quality computer education and digital skill development to meet the growing demands of today’s technology-driven world. Despite increasing reliance on digital technologies, many individuals lacked opportunities to gain practical computer knowledge that could enhance their employability, academic performance, and career prospects.

To promote digital literacy and strengthen technology-based education, Samoon Foundation established SCTI-04 (Samoon Computer Training Institute-04) at its Head Office in Shyampur, Rishikesh, which was inaugurated on 01 April 2024. Under the guidance of Centre Trainer Ms. Reshma Kotiyal and Coordinator Ms. Komal Chauhan, the institute provides structured computer training programmes focused on digital literacy, basic computer operations, office tools, and practical skill development. Through interactive classroom sessions, hands-on training, and continuous guidance, the programme equips participants with the technical knowledge and confidence required for higher education, employment, and professional growth. The institute is currently active, continuing to expand access to quality computer education for learners from diverse backgrounds.

Currently, the programme is benefiting 70 students, equipping them with fundamental computer knowledge, digital awareness, and hands-on technical skills. Learners are gaining confidence in using technology, enhancing their digital capabilities, and building the skills necessary for academic growth, career development, and future employment opportunities.

SCTI-04 continues to serve as an important centre for advancing digital literacy and technology-based learning in Rishikesh. It provides practical computer education that enables learners to develop essential skills, enhance their career prospects, and actively participate in a digitally evolving society.
