The Samoon Foundation is delighted to announce the opening of its latest skill development center, coded SSDC10, located at Dayal Sant Kutiya, Vasant Vihar, Augustmuni, Rudraprayag, Uttarakhand. This center, which officially opened on May 21, 2024, is a crucial addition to our ongoing efforts to empower local communities through targeted skill enhancement initiatives. Nestled in the picturesque locale of Augustmuni, the center aims to provide essential training and development opportunities to the residents, enhancing their employability and economic prospects.

The SSDC10 center is designed to serve 40 beneficiaries, offering a range of vocational and technical training programs tailored to meet the demands of the local job market. The primary objective is to equip individuals with practical skills and knowledge, enabling them to secure better employment opportunities and achieve self-reliance. This initiative is part of the Samoon Foundation’s broader mission to foster sustainable community development and uplift the socio-economic status of the underprivileged sections of society.

Under the expert guidance of Ms. Madhuri Negi, the center’s dedicated trainer, the beneficiaries will receive comprehensive training that combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice.
